Launched in 2014, Andalucía Open Future is an initiative to support technology-based entrepreneurship based on innovation and driven by the Junta de Andalucía, Telefónica, Malaga City Council, Almeria City Council, IMDEEC and PCT Cartuja. It is a collaborative work environment for developing technology companies, with 4 startup acceleration spaces spread throughout Andalusia (Seville - El Cubo; El Patio - Cordoba; La Farola - Malaga; El Cable - Almeria). More than 244 start-ups have been accelerated, more than 122 start-ups have been invoiced, and more than 68 start-ups have been invested in.
